Microfinancial Consulting

CEF has now been engaged in consulting services since 2002. In the beginning of 2003, a treaty with Kamchatka Protection Fund to establish a fund for small business support in Kamchatka region was concluded. Today the Community Fund is developing successfully and continues to receive CEF's consulting support. CEF provided Community Fund with consulting services in the amount for $100, 000.

In the 2006 spring director, the chief accountant and the credit expert of the new MFI - Fund "Business key" based and supported by the International Financial Corporation (IFC) in Magadan have passed training in CEF.

In 2008 summer of 2008 new director of Fund of Small Business Support of Khabarovsk Krai has passed three-day training in CEF during which participated in acceptance of loan applications, clients' service and monitoring.
